What should I do with an opportunity in command once a buyer or seller has cancelled?
Once a buyer or seller has cancelled either a purchase agreement and/or an agency agreement click the “Lost Opportunity” button in the top right of the details page within Command on the opportunity in question.
This will remove that opportunity from your dashboard. The client will still be available to create future opportunities with.
