Purchasing Multiple properties

Question:  Can I use the same REPC to purchase more than one property?

Answer:  Yes you can, as long as it’s the same Buyer and Seller on all properties and you list all of the Tax ID numbers on the REPC.   Make sure you include your Buyer Broker agreement if representing a Buyer, or ERS is it’s your Seller, or a Limited Agency if representing both parties.
