I’ve got a new client who wants to list her house, but it’s in a trust. What kind of paperwork do I need to make this happen?
Answer:
Copy of the trust or at least the pages pertaining to the property and signers. This will need to be added to your loop and sent to the Title Company. Make sure when taking the listing to have the Seller sign as “Trustee of the Trust”.
