Marketing Sold properties

Question:  I want to advertise all of the homes I have sold as my listings on a postcard mailer.  Can I advertise those as well as the homes that I have been on the Buying side of?  Also can I disclose sales price?

Answer:  Of course you can advertise all of your listings that have sold and the sales price.  The Seller authorizes that in the listing agreement.  You may consider visiting with Seller for any conflicts, however that is only as a courtesy.  Ultimately you can disclose. You can advertise the sold homes you were on the Buyer side of, with the permission of the Listing Agent/ Broker.
