If a buyers agent sends a listing agent an inspection report does that seller now have to disclose the contents of that report to future buyers if the current transaction fails?
Yes, the delivery of such a report to a listing agent would be interpreted as “read” whether opened or not and would therefore need to be addressed and/or disclosed to future buyers of the property.
