Does the Subject to Sale condition supersede Due Diligence and Financing?

Answer:  No.  The Subject to Sale Addendum has been modified removing the deadline.  The addendum defaults according to section 1A and 1B to the deadlines in the REPC.  Read carefully.  This is form 18B
