Commission Change Request

The correct way to ask a seller to increase the BAC (Buyer’s Agent Commission) being offered is to use this form: Real Estate Brokerage Payment Addendum

Once a change of commission has been agreed upon by buyer and seller, Escrow Instructions are to be written so that there is no misunderstanding between brokerages.
