Question: Can a Seller Cancel an offer if Buyer does not deliver the Earnest money?
Answer: By law, Earnest money needs to be delivered to Brokerage within 4 days after Acceptance. If the Earnest money does not arrive within that deadline, then the offer becomes Voidable at the option of the Seller. The Seller can cancel, or decide to wait to see if it arrives within a determined time frame by Seller.
