Can a Buyer sell a property when not on Title?

Answer:  No, a person cannot sell property when they are not on Title.  However, a Buyer can sell their interest in a Contract if under contract with a Seller.  This can be tricky and unless the Agent understands the issues, they should not advise on this.  Buyer 1, Buyer 2 and Seller must be in agreement in order to accomplish this.  The UAR has provided form 29 which is an “Assignment of Interest Addendum“.  Read through this addendum and ask your Broker if you have any questions for advice.
